Pilots
Our chief pilot was the World Champion and twice Australian National Air Ballooning Champion – the only Australian pilot ever to receive both awards. Operating under a commercial pilots licence regulated by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority our pilots are at the forefront of hot air ballooning operation.
The Ground Crew
Our experienced professional ground crew remains in direct radio contact with the pilot for the duration of the flight and are responsible for assembling and dismantling the balloon. The ground crew is fully trained in flight safety procedures and assist passengers throughout the tour. Upon landing our skilled crew will be with you to tend to post flight duties and to prepare for your post flight champagne breakfasts celebration.
